  1. An Employee Termination Checklist has been added to help identify and resolve all employee-related dependencies before termination, including assigned assets, outstanding advances, approvals, tasks, signatory assignments, and other linked records. The checklist supports both automatic and configurable manual checks and can be configured to either warn users or block termination approval until outstanding issues are resolved. In addition, employee dependencies can be reviewed at any time through the new Employee Involvement page on the Employee Card, without initiating a termination process.
  2. A new Parallel Payroll Document Generation capability has been introduced through Suggest Documents Runs, enabling large-scale payroll document creation to be processed across multiple background sessions simultaneously. This significantly reduces calculation time for organizations with large headcount, while allowing users to continue working in Business Central during processing. The feature provides real-time progress tracking, detailed visibility into processing results and errors, automatic recovery of interrupted sessions, and the ability to restart only failed portions of a run without repeating completed calculations.
  3. The export file formats for payroll payments from the “Payroll Sheet” have been updated.
  4. Settings for generating the 1-PV (quarterly) report have been updated.
  5. The priority logic for adding overtime hours to an employee’s timesheet, specifically for those on a “Summarized Time Tracking Calendar”, has been modified.
  6. A new quarterly report, “Report on the Contribution to Support the Employment of Persons with Disabilities,” has been implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 4219-IX and the form approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 453 dated August 25, 2026. The system automatically calculates the employment quota for persons with disabilities and the contribution amount; it supports the creation of initial, new initial, and amended reports, as well as their export in XML format. IMPORTANT: The release of the new report is scheduled for an unscheduled SMART Payroll update!
