About our partnership with YouControl and new features of Business Central
Friends, we’ve got some good news! Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central now has the ability to check counterparties and monitor their changes. This happened thanks to our partnership with YouControl.
This is an online service that collects complete information about Ukrainian companies and the changes taking place in them. By checking counterparties with YouControl, you will protect your company from legal sanctions, reputational losses, financial losses, corruption scandals and corporate raids.
So we, as a company that nurtures transparency and business process organization, and YouControl, who are in favor of honest communication with counterparties, united and created a common product.
The new application that integrates with Business Central is called SMART Partner Clarity and provides businesses with the following capabilities:
1. Automated creation of a counterparty card
The counterparty details are filled in automatically, so the card creation time is reduced, and the number of manual entry errors is minimized.

2. Economic security block
Right in Business Central, you can perform the following types of counterparty checks: initiation of a bankruptcy procedure, inclusion in a sanctions list, presence of tax debts, presence of open court proceedings.

3. Assistance in automating VAT administration
The VAT payer status is checked automatically, so you always have up-to-date information and create VAT invoices in a timely manner.
