Update changes:

  1. Source code population has been improved: entries posted to accounts excluded from SAF-T generation are no longer taken into account when determining the source code.
  2. A tax breakdown has been added to the “SAF-T G/L Entry Data Preview” page in the SAF-T audit file export document. Multiple taxes can now be viewed and edited for a single G/L entry (tax type and code, rate, base, and tax amount), and information about each tax is exported to the audit file for that entry. Tax data is stored in the new “SAF-T G/L Entry Tax Preview” table. During the update, existing tax data has been migrated to this table automatically.
  3. Information about total tax amounts has been moved to a separate page in the SalesInvoices and PurchaseInvoices preview tables.
  4. The “Asset Code” field has been extended to 35 characters. This ensures that unique asset identifiers are generated correctly for different depreciation books, including when the fixed asset code contains the maximum allowed 20 characters.
  5. SAF-T data generation for foreign currency documents has been improved. The same exchange rate is now used in the document header, its lines, and tax calculations, which eliminates discrepancies between document amounts and tax data.
  6. The balance calculation in the “SAF-T Inventory/Product (Goods/Works, Services) Item Data Preview” table has been modified. To determine which items are included in the report, the balances at the beginning and end of the period are now calculated by location, item, and G/L account.
  7. An error in the SAF-T Physical Stock data preview has been fixed. Previously, an item with no opening balance on the start date of the reporting period could appear as multiple duplicate lines instead of a single grouped line. This happened in particular when the item had several transactions during the period or cost adjustments without a quantity change (additional value entries).
  8. Mutual validation of the “Tax Type” and “Tax Code” fields has been added to SAF-T UA data validation in the “SAF-T G/L Entry Data Preview”, “SAF-T Fixed Asset Transaction Data Preview”, and “SAF-T Working Document Line Data Preview” tables. If one of these fields is filled in, the other must also be filled in. Otherwise, an error message is displayed during validation.
