Minor Update 2026.04/3 for SMART Accounting solution

This partial update addresses issues identified following the release of version 2026.04 and includes enhancements related to legislative changes and improvements to the overall performance and stability of the system.

1. The display of payment amounts in the “Received” section of the Expense Report printed form generated from an unposted expense report has been fixed. The “Total Received” amount has been configured to be calculated as the sum of all payments applied to the corresponding Expense Report document in the Vendor Ledger. Only the number of payments supported by the report layout is displayed in the Received section. 
2. The conversion of numeric values to text in the “Gross Weight” field of the Waybill (TTN) printed form has been corrected. Values below 10 kg are now displayed correctly. 
3. The following fields have been added to the MF Accounting Financial Journal by default: Contract No., Advance Payment, Payment Description. 
4. An issue that occurred when reversing fixed asset transfer transactions has been fixed. To ensure correct process execution, indirect permissions to modify the relevant records have been added. 
5. An issue that prevented the correct creation of adjustment write-off documents for items with serial number or lot tracking enabled has been fixed. The system has been updated to create item tracking and application entries based on the original item ledger entries instead of populating the “Applies-from Entry” field in the document line. This ensures the correct transfer and processing of serial and lot numbers in adjustment write-off documents. 
6. The ability to automatically transfer filters applied in the G/L Turnover to the report printed form filters has been added. The logic for displaying amounts in the printed form when account turnovers contain both positive and negative values has also been corrected. Amounts in the printed form are now displayed consistently with the system values: positive amounts are shown with a “+” sign; negative amounts are shown with a “-” sign. 
7. The generation of item transactions when posting a purchase credit memo with an accrued VAT usage percentage has been fixed. 
8. The VAT invoice generation mechanism has been updated for scenarios where a customer has a prepayment from a previous period that has already been covered by a VAT invoice, and a sale is made in the current period with an advance payment for the remaining amount of the sales invoice. 
   — Previously registered advance VAT invoices are now taken into account during VAT invoice generation.
   — For prepayments received in the current period, a VAT invoice is generated only for the remaining quantity of goods not covered by a previously issued advance VAT invoice.
   — Correct allocation of item quantities between advance and sales VAT invoices has been ensured based on the order and sales periods.
9. An issue related to the calculation of the tax base in VAT invoices has been fixed. The tax base is now determined according to the price type specified in the order: based on the VAT-inclusive price if the price includes VAT; based on the VAT-exclusive price if the price is specified without VAT.
