Update changes:

  1. Changes have been made to the generation of SAF-T XML files when the “Split by Size” option is enabled. Tables within the files are now generated in the sequence defined by the technical specification and the XSD schema. This ensures the correct order of data placement within the file and eliminates validation errors caused by an incorrect table sequence.
  2. Changes have been made to the generation of XML files for SAF-T audit export documents when the “Split by Size” option is enabled. Tags for which the XSD schema defines a fixed sequence are now exported in the required order.
  3. Changes have been made to the “Tax Difference Transactions” table generated together with the regulatory report data. For datasets with the statuses “Released” and “Exported”, adding and editing records is now prohibited. In addition, automatic numbering of new rows within the same tax difference and dataset has been implemented, allowing multiple additional records to be created.
  4. A new field, “VAT XML Code”, has been added to the “VAT Report Codes” table. When generating the XML document for audit file export, the value of the TaxCode tag is now populated from this field.
  5. The logic for populating the “SAF-T Tax Difference Transactions Preview” table has been updated. If a regulatory report contains multiple tax difference transactions with the same tax difference code, transaction code, document code, account, offset account, and amount, all such records are now included in the SAF-T document.
  6. The logic for generating the “Tax Difference Transactions” preview table and the SAF-T XML file without using preview tables has been updated. Records are now excluded if their document number matches the document number of a cancelled document with the “Show in SAF-T” = No setting.
  7. A new validation check for fixed asset amounts has been added to the SAF-T preview tables. For assets with the valuation type “Accounting” (or with no valuation type specified), where the asset transfer amount is greater than zero and the opening acquisition cost is zero, an additional consistency check is performed at the Account ID level.
  8. The logic for populating the “Asset Acquisition” and “Asset Transfer (Reclassification)” fields in the SAF-T “Asset Valuations” preview table has been updated. For capitalization and modernization transactions performed through reclassification, records are now reflected in the appropriate field depending on the depreciation book: transactions from the capital investment book are included in “Asset Transfer (Reclassification)”, while transactions from the accounting depreciation book are included in “Asset Acquisition”.
