minor update en 1200x628

This partial update is aimed at resolving issues identified after the release of version 2026.07, and includes tasks related to legislative changes and improvements to the overall performance and stability of the system.

  1. Improved customer and vendor payment application functionality. When posting an application, the “Application Code” field in the Vendor/Customer Ledger Entries is no longer populated. This ensures that subsequent payment applications are posted correctly and prevents application-related errors.
  2. Optimized the code used for prepayment application functionality without changing its functional behavior.
  3. Fixed the logic used to populate the description in documents created by the “Create Cost Adjustment Act” task. Previously, the description was taken from the item card. It is now populated using the description from the related posted sales invoice.
  4. Extended the “Summarize Realized Gains/Losses” setting to support exchange rate differences for employee-related transactions. Previously, this setting affected the posting of realized exchange rate differences only for vendor and customer transactions. It now also applies to employee transactions. In addition, the system now correctly transfers the source currency and posting group when an application is unapplied.
  5. Fixed the logic used to determine the account type when importing a bank statement. If the account type in the “Bank Account Information” table was set to “Bank Account”, the system incorrectly identified it as a “G/L Account”. The account type is now determined based on the related record.
  6. FA Ledger Entries have been added as a source for extending the range of accounts when defining rows in Financial Reports. For this source type, when selecting an account range for grouping purposes, filters can now be applied based on: Depreciation Book Code; FA Posting Category; FA Posting Type; FA Class Code; FA Subclass Code; FA Posting Group. This provides greater flexibility when configuring financial reporting, including reporting on fixed asset transactions that use different depreciation books.
  7. Changed the logic for populating the Bank Sort Code in printed versions of unposted and posted sales documents. If a company bank account code is specified in the sales document, the corresponding bank’s Bank Sort Code is used. Otherwise, the Bank Sort Code specified in Company Information is used.
  8. Improved support for Annex 2 for purchase and sales tax invoices. The “Original Tax Invoice” field can now be used to open the corresponding tax invoice directly. Depending on the source document, the system opens either the posted or unposted tax invoice.
  9. Optimized the process of reversing the posting of sales tax invoices. The algorithm’s performance has been improved, reducing the time required to complete the operation.
  10. Improved the mechanism for generating tax invoices for sales below cost. When the process is run again, the system generates tax invoices only for sales transactions that have not already been included in previously created tax invoices.
