Release Note 2025.10

Solution updates for Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Cyprus, and Poland are released every 3 months. If changes in the legislation are urgent, SMART business releases urgent unscheduled updates.

All updates can be installed independently or with the help of SMART business.

  1. The Declaration of Income has been updated to version 28 according to the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Finance dated 24.04.2025 No. 215.
  2. The generation of VAT Declaration Appendix 4, Table 2, has been updated: the fields “Purch. Amount VAT 20%”, “Purch. Amount VAT 14%”, “Purch. Amount VAT 7%”, and “Purch. Amount VAT 0%” are now filled in automatically.
  3. A new VAT Product Posting Group mark “Not VAT Base” has been added.This mark should be applied to items/services whose value is not included in the VAT taxable base or is not subject to VAT. Purchase document lines with a VAT Product Posting Group marked as “Not VAT Base” will be excluded when generating the corresponding VAT invoices and from the VAT Invoice Vendor Reconciliation.
  4. The functionality to generate and export the TC Appendix of the Corporate Income Tax Declaration in XML format has been added. New fields have been introduced in the Information on Controlled Transactions table of the Control Operation Report, allowing users to mark transactions that must be included in the TC Appendix and specify the adjustment amount. Fields have been added to the header of the Control Operation Report for referencing the created statutory report data of the Corporate Income Tax Declaration, ensuring the subordination of the exported TC Appendix. Export to XML of the TC Appendix is now available from the Control Operation Report page.
  5. The functionality of applying unposted documents to payments has been improved, namely:a. the fields “Applied Amount” and “Applied Amount (LCY)” have been added to purchase and sales document pages, which display the total amount of applied payments for the document;
    b. the action “Unapply Applied Payment” has been implemented, which allows canceling an applied payment directly from the document page;
    c. a validation that prevents simultaneous entry of the fields “Applied Amount” and “Applies-to Doc. No.” in a document has been added.
  6. A restriction has been added to prevent a blocked bank account from being set as the default account for a vendor or a vendor agreement.When a bank account is blocked, the Default Bank Account Code field on the vendor card and the Default Bank Code field on the vendor agreement card — where this bank account was previously assigned — are automatically cleared.
  7. The FA Turnover Sheet has been improved: all numeric values now include hyperlinks that navigate to the General Ledger Entries page with the relevant filters pre-applied from the report.
  8. The validation functionality of the “External Document No. Mandatory” flag has been adapted to the requirements of platform version 26.4.
  9. The deferrals functionality via the transit account has been adapted to the Microsoft platform changes in version 26.4.
  10. The report layouts of sales document printed forms 1306, 1307 (Sales Credit Memo, Act Change Price Invoice) have been changed, specifically the filling in of the price and line amount taking discounts into account.The price displayed is regulated by the Unit Amount Decimal places setup.
  11. A toggle “Unsubscribe from SMART news” has been added to the SMART News Setup page, which allows disabling automatic activation of news during release update.
  12. A control of SMART configuration versions has been added: in the import wizard, the current and required configuration package versions are displayed, and in case of a mismatch, a notification is shown in the role center about the need for an update.

  1. The ability to create hierarchically ordered “Functional Teams” has been implemented. Employees are added to the team and assigned the appropriate roles from the “Functional Roles” directory. This allows you to create and use a functional company structure that differs from the structure of departments used in the Staffing List.
  2. The “Labor Check” functionality has been created, which allows you to monitor compliance with the Labor Code for protected categories of employees and blocks or warns about violations when issuing and recording orders, performing personnel operations such as Hiring, Transfer, and Dismissal.
  3. A functionality has been created that, using Azure Document Intelligence, recognizes an employee’s insurance record certificate downloaded from the Pension Fund of Ukraine portal in PDF format and automatically records the relevant information in the “Data on Insurance Period” directory.
  4. A calculation function has been created that allows you to update the “Payroll Element Code” in the current line of the payroll document, as well as update the “Time Activity Code” in the timesheet details. This function can be used in the payroll element of business trip payment to automatically determine the best payment terms and redefine the codes, if necessary, directly when calculating the payroll document line.
  5. A new payroll function 290 has been created, which allows displaying a specific attention text to the user in a fact box when creating a payroll document. To enable this, the payroll element calculation lines must include a condition for launching this function using standard logical operators and the attention text to be displayed to the user during payroll document creation.
