Minor Update 2025.10/1. A partial update is aimed at resolving issues identified after the release of version 2025.10. It also includes tasks related to legislative changes, as well as improvements to the overall performance and stability of the system.

  1. Automatic clearing of previously calculated totals has been implemented when opening the Fixed Assets Turnover.
  2. The mechanism for clearing incorrectly saved filters during the generation of the Item Turnover and Item Turnover (Quantitative Accounting) has been refined.
  3. In the printed forms of the Item Write-off Act N 3-2, the source for populating the “Write-off reason” field has been changed — the field has been set to display the description of the corresponding write-off reason code.
  4. The functionality of manually creating Adjustment Calculations (AC) to Sales VAT Invoices has been improved to allow changing item details when replacing an item with an advance payment.
  5. The generation of Appendix 4 (Table 2) of the VAT Declaration has been corrected, namely the automatic filling of the fields “Purchases at 20% rate,” “Purchases at 14% rate,” “Purchases at 7% rate,” and “Purchases at 0% rate.” Previously, when Table 2 had been generated for multiple VAT item groups with a breakdown by exemptions, the field values had been displayed incorrectly — all amounts had been grouped in the first row instead of being distributed across VAT item groups and exemptions.
  6. Correct export of the VAT exemption name specified in Appendix 4 of the VAT Declaration to XML has been ensured for cases where both the “Description” and “Description 2” fields in the exemption codes directory were filled, and the total text length exceeded 250 characters.
  7. The localization functionality for accounting of compensatory obligations has been adapted to the platform changes introduced in Microsoft version 26.4.
