We are pleased to announce the release of Minor Update 2025.01/1! This partial update addresses issues identified after the release of version 2025.01. It also includes tasks related to legislative changes and improvements in system performance and stability.
The main changes are as follows:

- The printed form of the TTN and the eTTN have been updated according to the Order of the Ministry of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 1332 dated November, effective from January 03, 2025.
- The filling of the field “Source Document Period” for Table 2.2 D1 of the VAT Declaration has been changed. Now the field is calculated using the Appendix 2 issue date.
- The number of decimal places has been increased to 12 for displaying the prices in Tax invoice document.
- Fixed an error that occurred when accounting for the Fixed Asset Release Acts for low-value non-current tangible assets in the case of using both methods of depreciation provided for by Ukrainian Accounting Standards (UAS) 7 (100% and 50/50%).
- The functionality for displaying information (address, details) in printed forms has been changed depending on the selected system settings. Namely: if the Responsibility Center is not selected in the document, the information (address, details) about the company is taken from the Company information card, if the Responsibility Center is selected in the document, the information (address, details) about the company is filled in according to the specified setting “Replace data in company information” in the Responsibility Center.
- The functionality of displaying the logo on printed forms has been changed depending on the selected system settings. Namely, if the Responsibility Center is not selected in the document, the company logo is taken from the Company Information. If the Responsibility Center is selected in the document, the logo is filled in according to the “Replace data in company information” setting in the Responsibility Center.
- Additional fields “Vendor name” and “Customer name” have been added to the pages “Purchase lines”, “Posted Purchase Invoice Lines”, “Sales lines” and “Posted Sales Invoice Lines”.

- The xml formats of reports No. 1-PV (monthly) “Labor Report” and No. 3-debt (monthly) “Report on arrears of wages” which should be used when submitting reports for January 2025 have been updated.
