The partial update is aimed at addressing issues identified after the release of version 2026.01 and includes tasks related to legislative changes, the release of new clarifications from the State Tax Service, and improvements in overall system performance and stability. The update changes are as follows:

- The display of fixed asset acquisition transactions has been expanded: they are now available not only in the “Accounting Entries” and “Asset Transactions” sections, but also in the Acquisition/Purchase Details and Inventory (Goods and Services) Master Data.
- Existing data validation checks have been improved, and new ones have been added to the Preview Check to ensure completeness and consistency of data, including mandatory field validation, inter-table relationship checks, and enhancements to validation logic.
- Functionality has been added to split audit files based on file size settings and estimated record size. The system automatically generates the required number of separate files according to the specified parameters.
- Changes have been made to the generation of the “Asset Valuation” preview table. The calculation logic for the fields “Opening Initial Cost” and “Closing Initial Cost” has been updated — they now also include fixed asset transactions with FA Posting Type = Increase and Decrease in Value.
- The execution of preview checks has been accelerated using Page Background Tasks, enabling parallel processing and reducing result wait times.
- The generation of XML files when running the Start function has been updated. If it is necessary to change the file splitting format (by months, days, or size), it is sufficient to rerun the generation via Start — the system will automatically stop previously initiated parallel processes and restart XML generation. A new page, Parallel Process Manager, has been added to monitor and selectively stop background processes.
- The data export to XML for the Information on Accounting Statements and Other Source Documents section has been optimized, significantly reducing file generation time.
- The logic for generating the PhysicalStock table has been updated: a record is now created if there are transactions involving an item during the period that meet audit file requirements, even if the opening and closing balances are zero.
- The logic for displaying accrued depreciation of fixed assets in the Asset Transactions table has been refined — depreciation aggregated for the period is now populated only in the Master Data.
- The logic for populating asset transactions has been updated for cases where a fixed asset is sold without prior transfer to the inventory account for disposal, as well as for write-offs. Fixed Asset Ledger entries with types “Proceeds from Sale” and “Carrying Amount at Disposal” have been excluded from the preview table and from XML export.
- The generation of preview tables (Accounting Entries, Information on Accounting Statements and Other Source Documents, Non-current Asset Transactions, and Inventory Transactions) has been optimized to improve performance. Additionally, the logic for populating the “Transaction Type” and “Document Description” fields in the Accounting Entries and Information on Accounting Statements and Other Source Documents tables has been updated: for correspondence entries without a source code, the value is no longer derived from General Ledger entries but is instead taken from default settings.
- The population of the unit of measure in the Inventory Transactions table for the transfer of fixed assets to goods for sale has been corrected — the table is now populated with the numeric value of the unit of measure.
- The data export to XML for the Information on Accounting Statements and Other Source Documents section has been optimized, significantly reducing file generation time.
