Minor Update 2025.10/2 for SMART Accounting solution

A partial update is aimed at resolving issues identified after the release of version 2025.10. It also includes tasks related to legislative changes, as well as improvements to the overall performance and stability of the system.

  1. A new functionality has been implemented to allow the import of bank statements from JSC “TASKOMBANK” in CSV format for further processing in the system.
  2. New fields “Amount (LCY)” and “Amount Including VAT (LCY)” have been added to the Service Item Worksheet and Posted Service Invoice lines. New LCY amount groups — “Amounts for Posting” and “Calculated Altern. Sales Amounts” — have been introduced on Statistics pages for service and sales documents. The G/L posting logic has been updated for service and sales documents in foreign currency: when the “Use Alternative Sales VAT Amounts” option is enabled in Tax Setup UA, the VAT base and VAT amounts in LCY are now derived as a percentage of the LCY total amount instead of being calculated by converting currency amounts using the exchange rate.
  3. Sales VAT invoice calculation has been improved for posted service invoices in foreign currency. The VAT invoice line fields (“VAT Base Amount”, “VAT Amount”, “Total Amount”) are now calculated using the newly added fields “Amount (LCY)” and “Amount Including VAT (LCY)”, when the “Use Alternative Sales VAT Amounts” option is enabled in Tax Setup UA.
  4. The logic for calculating amounts in currency documents (conversion, purchase, sale) has been corrected.
    – When the “Amount to Receive” field is changed, the system now additionally rounds the values in the “Amount to Send” and “Commission Amount” fields.
    – When the “Amount to Send” field is changed, the system accordingly rounds the “Amount to Receive” and “Commission Amount” fields.
    – Rounding is applied based on the currency settings, specifically the value of the “Amount Rounding Precision” field.
  5. The functionality for working with Employees and Bank statements has been updated as follows:
    – A new table “Employee Bank Account List” has been added to the Employee card, which contains detailed cards with the employee’s bank account details.

    – Identification of an imported bank statement by employee has been implemented, which allows automatically assigning the payment to the corresponding employee during import.

    – The localization functionality of the “Bank Extract Buffer” has been adapted in accordance with the changes in platform version 27.1 by Microsoft.

  6. The filling of the VAT Prod. Posting Group and General Product Posting Group in the lines when creating the Change Price Docs. has been changed. Previously, the VAT Prod. Posting Group was filled in from the Item card and General Product Posting Group — from Item Charge; now — from the line of the Posted Sales Shipment document.
  7. Incorrect calculation of payable amounts for released purchase orders when the options “Include Released Purchase Orders” and “Summarize per Vendor” were enabled in the “Suggest Vendor Payments” function has been fixed.
  8. The functionality of line creation in write-off acts for warehouses with bin storage has been improved. If a bin is empty, no new lines are created when the “Calculate Inventory Shipment Lines” function is executed.
