According to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated May 17, 2023, No. 256 (published on July 31, 2023), changes were made to the form of the VAT Invoice and the VAT Declaration. The main changes relate to enterprises engaged in the export of goods with the UKT ZED (Ukrainian Classifier of Goods of External Economic Activity) codes to which the export security regime is applied (namely, agricultural products such as grain, oil, seeds, etc.).
